If you enjoyed Anne then Emily will appeal, possibly more. The three Emily books - Emily of New Moon, Emily Climbs and Emily's Quest are more adult, her writing tighter and less flowery. As much as I love L.M. Montgomery some of her writing is floridly poetic to the point of being sappy.
Having said that, my all time favorite is and always will be Jane of Lantern Hill.
