Question: Copyright with Ransome's Portrait(s)

I would like to know if someone here might have any idea who or what organization I should contact regarding the use of Ransome's portraits.

The one I have in mind is from the back cover of old Puffin books (1970s) or the front page of Autobiography (AR with fishing hook and line) or some others.

I appreciate anyone's advise.
