In SA Chapter VI Roger "used the whole lake" for cleaning his teeth.

In general all the Lakes were (and are) pretty clean, although it is of course safer to boil the water. But throughout the whole series nobody ever seems to drink cold water anyway (the first mug from the well in PP excepted) or any other cold drink except grog on festive occasions.

Tea reigned supreme. I wonder how they got enough fluid?
