We have the Godine paperbacks, as well as two printings of the Puffin paperbacks, one from 1976 & one from 1982, and a Red Fox printing from 1993. I am comparing different books in the series because I only own the full series in the Godine version. It appears to me possible that the Godine's were photo-offset, at least in comparison to the Puffin paperbacks, but since the font is larger I am not sure whether it is truly the same font. The Red Fox looks quite different.
I find the Godine's in most stores that carry any at all, but many won't carry "Missee Lee" because of the racism in it. Sad; if parents were more involved in their children's reading they could use that book as a wonderful example of what was accepted practice in a historical setting and how much more we now understand about the cultures of our world and the changes we've made as we have learned more about people everywhere.
