I thought of that point. A problem is not a problem if you are not conscious of it. A Supernova exploding, is not a problem for the supernova. If you are a conscious microbe near the supernova and you are going to die, then the supernova is a problem for you, but not the rest of the universe. Hence the problem is really the microbes conscious state, not the Nova.
