In New Zealand in the 60's there was breakfast:Weetbix, brown sugar and milk in summer and porridge also with brown sugar and warm milk in winter, morning tea: a piece of fruit or a biscuit and water from the taps at school plus we had school milk until the 70's, lunch: packed sandwiches, fruit and maybe a biscuit or small cake and a sweet drink such as cordial(NZ never had cooked school dinners as far as I know except in boarding schools), afternoon tea at home after school: a drink and a biscuit or fruit, and dinner: meat and two or three veg, and maybe a cooked pudding. The first time I ever had supper was when I stayed at boyfriend's place and his English parents produced hot drinks and nibbles at around 8pm.
