I assumed Mrs. Barrable's "Doesn't he?" as short for "Doesn't he just?". Otherwise it didn't make any sense.
As far as I know chocolate is or can be poisonous for dogs, and a quick Google search for "dogs and chocolate" turns up about 292K posts. The titles certainly suggest it is NOT a good idea. Giving rise to the idea that William is quite remarkable. But then we knew that.
