Had the model for Their Own Story been kept, then I suppose we could have had moments in Pigeon Post where the D's previous Easter's adventures on the Broads, as written up by Dorothea, would have related to places the S&A's at least partly "knew"...
And Coot Club is, I agree, an excellent book!
