Thank you for both the information and your canoe ride offer. I also appreciate your museum contact inquiries! I understand the Health and Safety issues, but of course, I would be willing to sign a waiver if allowed on the grounds or on board.
I did not know that Esperance was still in the water. I did check the lifting out pictures on the Steamboat Project page and she was not shown. I suppose it was more important to get the wood hulls out first.
Hopefully, you and/or others can learn more about what will be possible.
