This is to announce two recent arrivals on the Literary Pages that I hope will please:

• The 'Bluebird' among the Norfolk Reeds, with some Reflections on the Water. Walter Ledger's description of a cruise in 1911 that showed Ransome the Art of Telling what Happened, and whetted his appetite to own a boat of his own.
  
  
• The Holm Bank Hunting Song. As sung by old Mr. Swainson in Chapter IX of Swallowdale, with Roger's enthusiastic approval. Finally tracked down - on the very day the British House of Commons voted to outlaw the hunting of foxes with hounds.
