Tell me, what do you know about DVDs being only playable in certain zones? I got one from the US (Amazon) at my daughter's request, and they sent it out okay, but when she started playing it a message came up on screen to the effect that it was for the wrong zone, and then everything just stopped dead.

We sent it back, of course. Amazon refunded me the full amount, I might say, even though it had (naturally) been opened.
