The locations in Secret Water are precisely accurate except that there is no camp site and certainly no fresh water on Horsey (Swallow) Island adjacent to Kirby (Goblin) Creek, no wreck of the SPEEDY and no Sinbad Creek. I established that by painstaking research, forty years ago!
