I was under the impression that next year's Amazon book would be a 'companion' to AR, NOT an 'annotated edition', i.e. it would list the technical or 1930s colloquial terms, by reference to page, and give meanings and derivations. If it is to be an 'annotated AR', i.e. setting out AR's text with wretched footnote numbers cluttering it up, then it will be the first Amazon book ever I will not be ordering. No way! Alan, can you confirm the 'companion' theory?
