Over the years contributors to this forum have complained about the lack of response to articles sent to various editors for publication.
I suggest that Peter Hyland, or some other contributor, with our help by supplying him with such articles, compiles a list of Near Misses, then places them on a related website.
I'll kick-off with my response to Peter's excellent Mixed Moss article "TARS Voyage - Were Now?..." with my own unpublished TOCSIN article "Wherever Our Crew Commands!"
