Yes, "hullo" is a frequent expression of surprise in the S&A books, although it is used as a greeting too (not as often), therefore the computer would need some human assistance to tell the two apart.

Most of the phrases we've mentioned as giving away the time period are the sort used by adults and children alike, haven't they? (Jolly, I say, Hullo, Rather, etc). Do the S&As ever use phrases that are known to be exclusive to children?
