Magnus, since you seem to have the books on computer, perhaps you'd like to check the frequency of 'Hullo!' (as a expression of surprise - I don't know if it's ever used as a greeting), 'beastly' and 'bunloaf' - and I'm sure other readers could produce a much longer list.
