What an amazing layout!
I am completely impressed at all the work done on this - well done Ed & John!
As soon as I get a month or two to myself I plan to print this off and get to work with a ginormous piece of paper and draw it.

My only doubt is the open walkway between the kitchen and the main building. Maybe that would have worked in warmer climates but in the Lake District? I feel the door to the kitchen is on one side of the passageway downstairs with the pantry opposite, thus the kitchen is an 'add-on' or lean to at the back of the house.
And the pigeon loft is, I think, part of a stone barn/carriage house that houses Rattletrap, garden tools etc.
