More help needed I'm afraid:
Do you put the eggshell in whole, or do you break it up small?
Or, to put it another way: is it the physical effect of having bits of eggshell in there that keeps the grounds together, or is it the chemical action of something that comes out of the shell?
When do you put it in - at the beginning of the boiling, or just before serving?
