Could you put up the links please, I find law referencing very hard to follow.

The High Court in Australia was made the court of last resort when I was about 20, apparently a few of the barristers were upset because they no longer got all expenses paid trips to London. Instead they got to drive to Canberra.

It was the Australian High Court that created Native Title - which must be similar to the rights of way in England and Scotland.

Why do the SAD's not get into trouble for wandering on people's property?
