It seems the Dutch court has decided that she should not be allowed to start on September 1st as planned. She will be in temporary custody of the state and will be assessed and a decision made in October. The fear is that the long periods of isolation will damage her development. Given that she has had an unusual childhood already, I wonder what the psychologist will make of her.
