I've only watched the first half so far. There's some interesting clips of dress-rehearsals which must give a good idea of how it will look on stage. The sets are minimalistic/representational, with the actors playing instruments as well as singing, with some of the props (like cormorants) being manipulated by visible stagehands (which I guess is similar to "War Horse", by the same director).
By the way: The level of interest raised by the musical on things like Twitter and Facebook seems to be relatively high, so I hope that it should be a good opportunity to raise the profile of AR, which must be a good thing.
