Thanks, Jock, I've got no doubt you're right. And even without 1953, the 60+ intervening years would no doubt have produced some changes. However, they may not be as great as you suspect -- a comparison with my composite and AR's map in SW shows the main difference to be the lack of Sinbad Creek in the former. Is this a case of a little AR imagination coming into play, or was perhaps the creek filled in by the Ganges boys too?
