Since people seem to be worrying about these proposals, I can say three things:
(1) They were raised at the AGM last month, and the Board asked for feedback from the members, preferably through Regions.
(2) There is no time for the Board to discuss them in any detail before our next meeting in October. So there is plenty of time for regions or individuals to send in comments. Tarboard is NOT the right place for them, since the majority of members don't see it.
(3) I think I can predict confidently that not all the proposals will be adopted unchanged!
