No, at the time we are talking about the G.A. would have been living in the Lakes - remember that she knew Col Jolys when he was a little boy, and used to have many friends there - there was only one left in PM. (Harrogate, for Tarboard readers outside the UK, was and perhaps still is a 'spa town' and a traditional retirement location, like Cheltenham in Gloucestershire)
