Now here's a conundrum; what do you call a ship or yacht of great beauty of line, but it bears a man's name? He, she or it? Take for example, in Britain, the well-known Morecambe Bay Prawner [a very attractive vessel] named "Alexander Arbuthnot". A number of the Grand Banks schooners were named after men, and they are lovely vessels by anyone's standards. I have no answer for this - perhaps you do?
