Ed - what's a jelly jar? Only kidding. When I first came to Canada I was surprised to see the school kids eating peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. "Jelly?" I asked. "That's not jelly. That's jam." I find it interesting that in North America what the English call jam is called jelly (or sometimes jam), and what the English call jelly is called Jell-o, which is a commercial product. Ed - the plot thickens.
