OK Marmite is a sticky brown substance, made out of yeast extract, that you spread on toast, in sandwiches etc. A smililar product (similar but not the same) is Vegemite from Australia.
It tastes VERY GOOD. Worth trying to find some brought in by an importer!!!!!!
