ASTERIX IN BRITAIN has a Briton called Hiphiphurrax. (It also has Dipsomaniax and Selectiveploymentax but perhaps we should pass by these quietly.)
These names are of course in the translation by Derek and Anthea Bell and I don't imagine they occur in the original cartoons. Bringing this back on topic (!) - did any of AR's translators play around with the names to make them funnier or more applicable to their new language?
