Speaking of "The Far-Distant Oxus" are the two subsequent novels by Hull and Whitlock,
"Escape to Persia" and "Oxus in Summer" even remotely available in the U.K.? I have a copy
of the 1978 re-issue (by Jonathan Cape, of course) of "The Far-Distant Oxus" but I'm not sure
I've ever spoken to anybody who had the other two. Love to find them if they are extant
anywhee.
