high-browed lot -- Don't let them put you off

Jenni, Mike - could you please be specific and name names? Like Rob, I have this feeling that the Tarboard you are both looking at is a different one from the one I can see. I see good-humoured discussions, involving very sensible posts (which I have expressly praised), slightly marred by the over-reaction of one individual. Do you have anyone in mind? If it includes me, could you say so? I am grown-up enough to be able to take it on the chin! Would that not be fairer than these vague expressions which smear everybody?

Jenni - if by 'high-browed' you mean those of us who want to discuss AR in some sort of depth, then I plead guilty, although I would disown the description. (I seem to recall Mike defending in-depth debate in a very recent post!) I don't understand why you don't like us. Why not join in? Or, alternatively, start up a thread of your own on a topic preferred by you. Where's the problem?
