Yes Peter its a great shame, libraries were wonderful places. I remember when I was a youngster and later, being able to find a wealth of subjects, as a child I was always into some new project or other and was always able find books to cover evey aspect.
In the childrens section I was able to read all the favourite authors including all the AR books. Thank Goodness for the internet at least its all available there.

As one not fascinated on speculation of the S&A's lineage or finacial situation I find I pass over such matters. It is a pity Tarboard is unlike most forums that have sub-forums for various interests of the subject, These could be, S&A's family background,Beckfoot Decor and plumbing, beer, boats, what you will as long as it applied in some way to AR. That way one could just check the forums of ones particular interest.
However, I feel that everyone has a right to chat about anything they wish and will go on doing so.Hopefully with some relativity to AR.
Rob
