That's not the cave I was thinking of! I remember a cave high on a cliff where the dale divides. Your pictures must be higher up the beck than the place I was thinking of. I'll have to look again next time I'm in the area. Your SD3 looks more practical but less secret than mine. We may well have SD3.0 and SD3.1
As for SD2, I camped there some years ago and although I managed to avoid finding a no camping notice, I had an idea that we wouldn't be exactly encouraged to pitch our (very small) tent.This hightened my appreciation of exactly how secret the site is. Not very as I remember.
