I would really encourage people to use the Yahoo Tarboard Group website to host your AR/S&A/TARS photos rather than Flickr or a personal one. There is a link to this at the top right of the main Tarboard page - "[Upload area for photos etc.]".
This means that there is an easily accessible, labelled and categorised (hopefully!) record of photos which can grow and be added to, of locations, boats etc on the Yahoo site. I can confirm it also works to link to a message on Tarboard.
Beware though that the link you have to copy and paste into your message isn't what appears at the top in your browser window. You have to right click on the photo and click on Properties to get the actual link.
