Tilley hats are really superb CANADIAN hats which are great to keep the sun or the water off and are almost indestructible. Their website is worth a look. But no sign of corks - is this because there are no flies (or midges) in Canada (the corks were a way of reducing the number of times bushies had to wave the flies away in the great Aussie bush)?
