Everywhere. I remember that during the war, in London, my mum smoked Craven 'A' cigarettes. She explained that she had smoked when she was younger, stopped, and started again when the bombing came. They were advertised as being 'Good for your throat'. Not as being 'less harmful'; they were 'Good'. She believed it- and she was a clever girl.
