Yes I assumed that was the case. But how are the chillies introduced to the eggs? I suppose scrambled with chopped up chillies would be the simplest. In my mind's eye I see fried with a chilie, tomato, onion etc sauce. It's a bit like Ed trying to envisage bun loaf with marmalade. Come to think of it, I've never been entirely sure what a bun loaf is. A loaf in the shape of a bun? (A cottage loaf??) Or a sort of tea-cake?
I'm sure we've had that discussion before but I'd still like to learn how to chile eggs.
