In SA CH19, as the three Swallows approached the boathouse in the dark, hoping to capture Amazon, they entered the boathouse, and found:

=============
The bright light wavered round the boathouse. It showed
a rowing skiff and the big launch and an empty space on the
further side. It was clear that a boat was usually moored there.
=============
This one boathouse seems to have all three boats associated with Beckfoot.

Any other boathouse, seen on the left as Beckfoot is viewed from the lake, perhaps is belonging to some neighboring house, such as the Policeman's mother's house, which is within easy walking distance of Beckfoot, as Cook in PM had to go there to get the Chauffeur for the GA's ride into oblivion. Interesting that this house is not shown on any Map.

And, by the way, the hole in the wall is fixed. Thanks to all those who helped get that done. Moving onward...
