Well, using the same reasoning, how would Mr. Jemmerling's skins and shells have "proved" the nesting site was in the UK? In fact in that case the evidence would seem even more tenuous since at least with the photos one could return to the reported location and see the Divers and/or their nest. Once you remove the birds, their eggs and the nest from the scene, what evidence is left?
