I'm still unable to post to Tarboard. Getting on 4/9 at 2230:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/tarboard/tarboard.pl on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Terribly frustrating.
