Dan,
Based on AR's maps, etc. you are right, but consider the D's iceboat
ride in WH. It seems they travelled far more than two miles. And they
didn't start at the far end of the lake. I get the impression it must
have been closer to five or six miles. Furthermore, you can walk two
miles in 40 minutes or less. Maybe it's another case of AR disguising
the identity of the lake. What does Ed Kizer (sp?) think?
