Unfortunately, the teacher's guide didn't come to fruition. Partly due to my lack of time and inexperience of teaching (I'm just a Teaching Assistant). I don't think anyone else took it up.
I do have the beginings of a guide, based on the format of a Harry Potter techers guide that was lent to me. I will gladly email it to anyone that is interested. Feel free to add to it or change things, and we may still have a guide that can be offered to teachers.
