I am in no way 'rejoicing', as you suggest Robert, that the Membership List is available to the public. I have been aware of this for some considerable time, but I was justifiably congratulating the Secretary on his public statement that the Society intends to observe Company Law as it effects TARS. As long as Members and prospective Members are made aware of this, and this can very simply be achieved by an alteration to the Data Protection note on the Membership Application Form, then nobody has anything to fear. After all, the law is the law, and TARS signed up to it!
