I gather than John is looking for "order of magnitude" numbers rather than extremely specific values. Given that:

These are from transcriptions done some time ago by a friend and are in Microsoft Word format; the counts are from Word also. The page numbers may vary of course, and I have no idea whether things like chapter head quotations are counted or not and haven't bothered to try and find out. For John's purposes I think this gives an idea.

He didn't do The Big Six, no idea why.
