Ahhh! Thank you, Peter. While we're yakking about food, one of my favourites is the Chinese dish made of sliced jellyfish and ham. The jellyfish has to be sliced in thin strips and the ham is preserved in some way. Doesn't sound like much, but it's delicious. It's served cold as one of the first dishes in a Chinese banquet, where 10 or 15 courses are quite usual. How the Chinese manage to keep so slim is beyond me. By the way, Gung hay fat choi!
