Well, Jock, the Pareto distribution sounds fair enough, but if I may quote more from your post, you mentioned the need for a moderator to be employed "to discourage the put down comments which can ruin the creativity of the process". To me this sounds like stifling the opposition. Thank goodness our own moderator here does not go in for "discouraging" oppositional views. In any case, any theory which cannot survive a "put down comment" is surely not worth much?
