I just received my copies of the Coot Club and Big Six films, actually my neices already have snicked them,and was pleasantly suprised. They follow the spirit wonderfully and if some of the details have been tinkered with to allow for filming the main thrust and joy haven't been diminished. I feel that the casting was great and the actors all have that inner fire that shows they were having a great time. I heartily reccommend them to anyone who has kids not ready to read the books themselves but who are on the edge as it were.
