Ha. Well, that makes at least two minds with the same thought. Yes Michael, I made such a map about three years ago.

I got a bit sick of trying to read the scruffy little apologies for maps that were the best they could provide in the paperback editions. And the orientation is different between them anyway, and then some show some features while others show others -- I found it all very frustrating. And I thought how very nice it would be instead if I had just one map showing all the features from all the stories on a sheet large enough for an old codger like me to be able to read. And I asked the question you've just asked. But since no-one said, "Yes," I decided I'd make one myself.

So I did.
