Here in southern Australia children at the beach are looking ever more like AR's illustrations, all wearing sun hats. They are also now part of the official uniform at many Primary schools. For my part, I would not dream of going sailing without my lovely genuine Tilley, plus long-sleeved shirt and long trousers.
