Try 'David & Charles' They do reprints of victorian 1"/mile maps. - Old OS maps from the mid 19thC. Due to the age of the originals they are not as clear as we have come to expect from modern processes, but they show all the old rlys. towns etc.
The Ordnance Survey also do a whole range of copies of old and superceded mapping at any scale reqd. Though the standard packages are cheaper than the bespoke orders.
Bang 'old mapping' or somesuch into your fav. search engine and see what comes up.
