No wonder I was impossibly confused the first time I read CC: I must have read a book that did not have a map - front, back, or middle. My mental picture of how it all happened was totally different than what I see with a map that can be easily referenced.

Was there actually an edition that did not include AR's maps? Or did I - in my enthusiasm to read through all the SA books 10 years ago - simply ignore provided maps? I don't really see how that could be possible, since I love having a map to go with any tale, fiction or non. But if any of you tell me there was no such thing as a version without maps, I'll just eat my crow quietly here in the corner.
